Welcome to Holiday Mazha Tours & Travels. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. General Terms

Holiday Mazha acts solely as a travel agent, facilitating your tour arrangements. We are service providers and execute your travel plans by coordinating with various airlines, hotels, and transportation services; we do not own these entities directly.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Payment Terms

Payment terms require 100% advance payment before departure, or as per the specific payment policy stipulated by our suppliers, whichever comes earlier. We will clearly outline the applicable payment schedule based on your chosen travel arrangements.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our suppliers. A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation voucher is issued.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods. Payment details will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

3. Itinerary Details

The detailed itinerary is provided solely as an overview of your tour schedule, outlining the number of nights and days at each destination for your easy reference. Please note that specifics such as:

  • Hotel categories and names
  • Optional paid excursions
  • Transportation modes
  • Meal plans

Will be communicated separately via WhatsApp on a case-by-case basis. The itinerary includes a short summary of standard excursion inclusions, designed to give you an idea of activities available at each destination.

Important: The itinerary is a standard plan and not customized unless specifically agreed upon.

4. Inclusions and Exclusions

4.1 What's Included

Your contract will detail the specific inclusions for your tour, including the meal plan, hotel category, and any paid sightseeing discussed and agreed upon via our WhatsApp communication.

4.2 What's Excluded

Unless explicitly stated, the following are excluded:

  • Entrance fees and monument tickets
  • Costs for additional paid activities
  • Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, tips, etc.)
  • Travel insurance
  • Any services not mentioned in the inclusions
  • GST and other applicable taxes (unless specified)

In union-restricted areas where our vehicle is not permitted, sightseeing via union vehicles will incur extra charges not covered in the tour price.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation charges are subject to the policies of our various suppliers and can vary accordingly. The following general guidelines apply:

30-44 days before departure 25% of total tour cost
15-29 days before departure 50% of total tour cost
7-14 days before departure 75% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days before departure 100% of total tour cost (No refund)

No Refund Policy: Please note that no refunds will be provided for any unused services included in your tour package.

5.1 Force Majeure

Cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as airline or railway disruptions, visa issues, acts of war, natural calamities, or government restrictions will be handled as per the respective supplier's terms and conditions.

6. Hotel Accommodations

The name of the hotel will be confirmed based on availability within your preferred star category at the time of booking, as per our WhatsApp communication.

6.1 Check-in and Check-out Times

Hotel check-in and check-out timings can vary significantly depending on the specific hotel and its location. The standard times are:

  • Check-in: Generally 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: Generally 11:00 AM

Specific timings for your hotels will be communicated separately as part of your detailed hotel information.

7. Transportation

Your tour includes transportation via a private car for all covered zones. All state taxes, parking fees, tolls, and driver allowances are included in the quoted price.

Note: Due to union restrictions in certain areas, our vehicle will not be used for sightseeing within those specific restricted zones.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical emergencies and evacuation
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Personal liability

Holiday Mazha is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay that may occur during the tour.

9. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all travel documents (passport, visa, ID) are valid and in order
  • Arriving at meeting points on time
  • Following local laws and customs
  • Taking care of personal belongings
  • Informing us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements
  • Behaving respectfully towards other travelers and service providers

10. Liability and Disclaimer

Holiday Mazha acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or cancellations by airlines, railways, or other transport providers
  • Illness, injury, or accidents during the tour
  • Changes in government regulations or entry requirements
  • Quality of services provided by third-party vendors

11. Amendments and Modifications

Any changes to your booking after confirmation may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Amendment requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email.

Holiday Mazha reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances while ensuring equivalent alternatives are provided.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your booking or tour will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
