After Breakfast, explore this historical city by visiting many beautiful sites like Bara Imambara – famous for the Bhul-bhulaiya, a Bowdy, a step well with running water. It is said that there are 1024 ways to reach the terrace, but only two to come back first gate or the last gate. It is an accidental architecture. Later, explore Chota Imambara, British residency, Rumi Darwaza – an imposing gateway of Awadhi architecture, Husainabad Clock Museum, Satkhanda – an iconic 1800s watchtower with a stout octagonal base, Dilkhush Kothi, and State Museum. After Breakfast, Proceed to Naimisharnya located at a distance of around 94 kilometers from Lucknow, is the Naimisharanya Misrikh Temple. It is a major pilgrimage centre and attracts devotees from all over India. Naimisharanya occupies a significant place in Hindu mythology. Visit Sita Kund, Chakra Tirth, Hanuman Garhi, Lalita Devi Temple, it is known for housing some of the most sacred sites that are visited by a large number of devotees round the year. Transfers to Ayodhya – an ancient city of India and also the birthplace of Bhagwan Shri Ram. Later check into hotel. Overnight stay at Ayodhya. |

After Breakfast, a boat cruise on the river to observe the way of life of pilgrims by the Ghats. Later, an excursion to Sarnath. It enjoys the extraordinary privilege of Lord Buddha. It is about 10 km from Varanasi and holds a number of Buddhist sites that include the famous Dhamekh Stupa, the seat of the holy Buddha. You can also visit the ruins of Dharmarajika Stupa and Mulagandha Kuti Temple, where Lord Buddha is said to have rested and meditated while in Sarnath. The Ashoka Pillar, built by the emperor Ashoka, is a must-see in Sarnath. The Lion Capital on top of this pillar is now the National Emblem of India and stands apart for its excellent artistry and carvings. Back to Varanasi on arrival, visit Aarti Darshan.
