Day 1

Arrival in Warsaw – Royal Capital of Poland

Welcome to Warsaw, the vibrant capital of Poland where history meets modernity. Upon arrival, meet your local representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and some relaxation, begin exploring the beautifully reconstructed Old Town (Stare Miasto), a UNESCO World Heritage Site rebuilt after World War II. Walk through the charming Market Square, admire the colourful merchant houses, and visit the Royal Castle, the former residence of Polish monarchs. Continue to Castle Square featuring the iconic Sigismund's Column, followed by a leisurely stroll along the historic Royal Route. Later, visit the peaceful Łazienki Park, home to the magnificent Palace on the Isle and the famous Chopin Monument. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a traditional Polish restaurant before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay in Warsaw.

Day 2

Warsaw – Kraków (Approx. 300 km | 4–5 Hours)

After breakfast, check out and drive towards the historic city of Kraków, one of Europe's finest medieval cities. Upon arrival, begin exploring the magnificent Wawel Castle, perched above the Vistula River, along with the beautiful Wawel Cathedral, where Polish kings were crowned and buried. Continue through the charming Old Town, passing the lively Main Market Square (Rynek Główny), one of Europe's largest medieval squares. Admire the elegant Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) and the stunning St. Mary's Basilica, famous for its beautifully carved wooden altar. Spend some free time exploring local cafés, souvenir shops, and hidden lanes before checking into your hotel. Overnight stay in Kraków.

Day 3

Auschwitz Memorial & Wieliczka Salt Mine Excursion

Following breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to two of Poland's most significant UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial & Museum, where guided tours provide a moving insight into one of history's most important memorials dedicated to Holocaust victims. Later, continue to the incredible Wieliczka Salt Mine, one of the world's oldest operating salt mines. Descend deep underground to admire magnificent salt-carved chapels, sculptures, crystal chandeliers, underground lakes, and impressive mining chambers created entirely from rock salt. Return to Kraków in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 4

Kraków – Zakopane (Approx. 110 km | 2.5 Hours)

After breakfast, proceed through the scenic countryside to Zakopane, Poland's famous mountain resort nestled at the foothills of the Tatra Mountains. Upon arrival, ride the Gubałówka Funicular for breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges and valleys. Day 6

Wrocław – Poznań – Warsaw (Approx. 470 km | 6.5–7 Hours)

Enjoy breakfast before checking out and travelling via the historic city of Poznań, one of Poland's oldest and most charming cities. Visit the colourful Old Market Square, admire the Renaissance-style Town Hall, and witness the famous mechanical Poznań Goats, which appear at noon atop the town hall tower. Continue past the magnificent Imperial Castle and enjoy free time for lunch or shopping. Later, proceed back to Warsaw, check into your hotel, and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Warsaw.

Day 7

Warsaw – Departure

After breakfast, check out of the hotel depending on your flight schedule. If time permits, enjoy some last-minute shopping at Złote Tarasy Shopping Centre or relax at one of Warsaw's charming cafés before your transfer to Warsaw Chopin International Airport for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of Poland's royal heritage, medieval cities, mountain landscapes, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and rich cultural traditions.

The name of the hotel will be confirmed based on availability within your preferred star category at the time of booking, as per our WhatsApp communication. We can either suggest specific hotels that meet your star rating, or if you have any particular hotels in mind, please let us know, and we can check their availability.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings can vary significantly depending on the specific hotel and its location. There isn't a universal standard time across all places.

Therefore, the check-in and check-out timings for the hotels in your itinerary will be communicated to you separately, specific to each location, as part of your detailed hotel information.

Transportation

Your tour includes transportation via a private car for all covered zones. All state taxes, parking fees, tolls, and driver allowances are included in the quoted price. However, please note that due to union restrictions in certain areas, our vehicle will not be used for sightseeing within those specific restricted zones.

Exclusion

Please note that entrance fees and costs for any additional paid activities are not included and will be arranged based on availability. In union-restricted areas where our vehicle is not permitted and local transport isn't available, sightseeing via union vehicles will incur extra charges not covered in the tour price. Any other paid inclusions beyond those explicitly stated are also excluded.
