Day 1

Arrival at Haneda/Narita Airport - Tokyo

Welcome to Japan, a fascinating country where ancient traditions blend seamlessly with futuristic technology. Upon arrival at Haneda or Narita International Airport, complete your immigration and baggage formalities. Meet your representative at the designated airport exit and proceed towards your hotel in Tokyo. Enjoy a comfortable private transfer to your hotel. After check-in, the remaining day is free to relax after your journey or explore the nearby area at your own pace. Overnight stay at the Tokyo hotel.

Day 2

Tokyo – City Sightseeing

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day exploration of Tokyo, where traditional culture, spirituality, shopping and futuristic architecture come together. Begin your day with a visit to Sensoji Temple, Tokyo's oldest and one of its most significant Buddhist temples. Dating back to the 7th century, this historic temple is famous for its magnificent entrance gate, traditional architecture, and vibrant spiritual atmosphere. Walk through the famous Nakamise Shopping Street, located just outside Sensoji Temple. This traditional shopping lane is lined with numerous shops selling Japanese souvenirs, handicrafts, snacks and local specialties. Continue to the iconic Tokyo Skytree, standing at an impressive height of 634 metres. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Tokyo from the observation area and experience one of the city's most famous modern landmarks. teamLab Planets – Later, experience the fascinating world of teamLab Planets (Subject to Availability) an immersive digital art museum where visitors walk through interactive spaces filled with lights, water, colours and constantly changing digital artwork. This unique experience is one of Tokyo's most popular modern attractions. After completing the sightseeing, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the Tokyo Hotel

Day 3

Tokyo – Full Day Excursion to Mt. Fuji & Hakone

After an early breakfast, proceed for an exciting full-day excursion towards the beautiful Mount Fuji and Hakone region. Visit the famous Mt. Fuji 5th Station, subject to weather and road conditions. Located on the slopes of Japan's highest mountain, the area offers spectacular views of Mount Fuji and the surrounding landscapes. Continue to the scenic Lake Ashi Cruise, located in the Hakone region. Enjoy a relaxing cruise across the lake while taking in the beautiful mountain scenery. On a clear day, you may also enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji. Experience the famous Hakone Ropeway, offering spectacular aerial views of the Hakone mountains and the volcanic landscape around Owakudani. After a memorable day surrounded by Japan's beautiful natural scenery, return to Tokyo. Overnight Stay at the Tokyo Hotel.

Important Note: Mt. Fuji visibility is completely dependent on weather conditions. The mountain can only be clearly seen on a clear and sunny day.

Day 4

Tokyo - City Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for another exciting day exploring Tokyo's parks, culture, museums and famous entertainment districts. Visit Ueno Zoo, Japan's oldest zoological garden. Spread across a large area, the zoo is home to a variety of animal species and is particularly famous for its giant pandas. Enjoy a pleasant walk through Ueno Park, one of Tokyo's most popular public parks. The area is known for its open spaces, cultural attractions and beautiful seasonal scenery. Continue to the Tokyo National Museum, one of Japan's oldest and largest museums. The museum houses an impressive collection of Japanese art, archaeological objects, sculptures, traditional costumes and cultural treasures. Visit the beautiful Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, one of Tokyo's largest and most famous gardens. Enjoy peaceful surroundings and beautifully maintained landscapes in the heart of the busy city.

Note: Entry fee of approximately JPY 500 per person, payable directly, if applicable. Proceed to Shinjuku to witness the famous 3D Cat Billboard, featuring a highly realistic giant cat displayed on a large digital screen. See the famous Godzilla Head, located at the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku complex. This impressive sculpture has become one of Shinjuku's popular photo stops. In the evening, explore the unique atmosphere of Golden Gai, a historic entertainment area known for its narrow alleys and numerous small bars, eateries, and nightlife establishments. After sightseeing, return to your hotel.

 

Day 5

Tokyo – Osaka By Shinkansen Train – Osaka Sightseeing

After breakfast and check-out, proceed towards Tokyo Station by private vehicle. Board Japan's famous Shinkansen Bullet Train for a fast and comfortable journey towards Osaka. Upon arrival, proceed for Osaka sightseeing with your private vehicle. Visit the magnificent Osaka Castle, one of the city's most important landmarks and a symbol of Osaka's rich history. Explore the castle surroundings and enjoy views of the impressive multi-storey structure. Continue to Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, one of Japan's most famous aquariums. Discover a fascinating underwater world featuring a wide variety of marine creatures and aquatic habitats. Visit the iconic Umeda Sky Building, famous for its unique architectural design and panoramic observation facilities. Enjoy spectacular views of Osaka's impressive city skyline. Later, visit the vibrant Dotonbori district, one of Osaka's most famous entertainment and food streets. Enjoy the lively atmosphere, colourful neon signs, restaurants, shopping and famous photo opportunities. After sightseeing, transfer to your hotel and check in.

Day 6

Osaka – Full Day Kyoto Sightseeing – Osaka

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Kyoto, Japan's cultural heart and a city famous for its temples, shrines and traditional heritage. Begin with a visit to the famous Fushimi Inari Taisha, one of Japan's most iconic Shinto shrines. Walk through the spectacular pathways lined with thousands of vibrant vermilion Torii Gates, creating one of the most photographed scenes in Japan. Continue to the beautiful Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, where towering bamboo stalks create a peaceful and magical walking path. Enjoy the unique natural surroundings and capture memorable photographs. Visit the historic Kiyomizudera Temple, located in eastern Kyoto. This important Buddhist temple is known for its impressive wooden architecture and beautiful views over the surrounding city and hills. Proceed to Kinkakuji, also known as the Golden Pavilion. This famous Zen temple is beautifully decorated with gold leaf on its upper floors and is surrounded by a picturesque garden and pond. After completing your Kyoto sightseeing, return to Osaka.

Day 7

Osaka – Nara Excursion – Osaka

After breakfast, proceed for a memorable excursion to the historic city of Nara, Japan's first permanent capital and a destination known for its temples, heritage and freely roaming deer. Visit the famous Nara Park, spread across a vast area and home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. The deer are considered an important symbol of Nara, and visitors can enjoy observing and interacting with them. Continue to the magnificent Todaiji Temple, one of Japan's most significant and historic Buddhist temples. The temple houses the famous Great Buddha, an enormous bronze statue approximately 15 metres in height. After completing the Nara excursion, return to Osaka. The evening is free for shopping or to enjoy Osaka's lively food and entertainment scene at your own pace. Overnight Stay at the Osaka Hotel.

Day 8

Osaka Hotel – Kansai International Airport - Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Kansai International Airport by private vehicle according to your flight schedule. Arrive at the airport, complete the necessary check-in and departure formalities, and board your flight with wonderful memories of your unforgettable journey through Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Kyoto, Nara and Osaka. End of a memorable Japan Tour.

Hotel

The name of the hotel will be confirmed based on availability within your preferred star category at the time of booking, as per our WhatsApp communication. We can either suggest specific hotels that meet your star rating, or if you have any particular hotels in mind, please let us know, and we can check their availability.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings can vary significantly depending on the specific hotel and its location. There isn't a universal standard time across all places.

Therefore, the check-in and check-out timings for the hotels in your itinerary will be communicated to you separately, specific to each location, as part of your detailed hotel information.

Transportation

Your tour includes transportation via a private car for all covered zones. All state taxes, parking fees, tolls, and driver allowances are included in the quoted price. However, please note that due to union restrictions in certain areas, our vehicle will not be used for sightseeing within those specific restricted zones.

Exclusion

Please note that entrance fees and costs for any additional paid activities are not included and will be arranged based on availability. In union-restricted areas where our vehicle is not permitted and local transport isn't available, sightseeing via union vehicles will incur extra charges not covered in the tour price. Any other paid inclusions beyond those explicitly stated are also excluded.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are subject to the policies of our various suppliers and can vary accordingly. Additionally, cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as airline or railway disruptions, visa issues, acts of war, or natural calamities will be handled as per the respective supplier's terms and conditions.
