Day-Wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Tashkent - Capital City Tour

Upon arrival at Tashkent International Airport, complete immigration formalities and meet your local representative. Transfer to your hotel and check in. After some time to relax, begin your introduction to Uzbekistan's capital city, a beautiful blend of modern boulevards, Soviet-era architecture, Islamic heritage, and traditional bazaars. Visit the historic Khast Imam Complex, home to the famous Uthman Quran, along with Barak-Khan Madrasa and Tillya Sheikh Mosque. Continue to the lively Chorsu Bazaar, one of the oldest markets in Central Asia, where you can experience local spices, dry fruits, traditional breads, sweets, handicrafts, and everyday Uzbek culture. Later, visit Amir Timur Square, Independence Square, the Monument of Courage, and the beautifully decorated Tashkent Metro Stations, famous for their artistic interiors. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Tashkent.

Day 2

Tashkent to Bukhara - Bukhara Old City Walk

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport or railway station for your journey to Bukhara, one of the most important cultural cities of the ancient Silk Road. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and check in. Later, begin exploring the atmospheric old town with a visit to the peaceful Lyabi-Hauz Complex, surrounded by historic madrasas, traditional tea houses, and ancient mulberry trees. Walk through the old trading domes where merchants once traded silk, spices, carpets, jewellery, and handicrafts. Enjoy the beautifully illuminated old city in the evening. Overnight stay in Bukhara.

Day 3

Bukhara - Full-Day Heritage Tour

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Bukhara, a UNESCO World Heritage city known for its rich Islamic architecture and Silk Road history. Visit the magnificent Poi Kalyan Complex, featuring the iconic Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque, and Mir-i-Arab Madrasa. Continue to the impressive Ark Fortress, the ancient royal citadel of Bukhara’s rulers, followed by the elegant Bolo Haouz Mosque with its beautifully carved wooden pillars. Later, explore Ulugh Beg Madrasa, Abdulaziz Khan Madrasa, and the famous trading domes of Toqi Zargaron, Toqi Telpak Furushon, and Toqi Sarrafon. Visit the peaceful Samanid Mausoleum and Chashma Ayub Mausoleum. Overnight stay in Bukhara.

Day 4

Bukhara Leisure - Cultural Experiences

After breakfast, enjoy another day in Bukhara at a relaxed pace. Visit local craft shops, carpet workshops, miniature painting studios, and suzani embroidery centers to understand Uzbekistan’s rich handmade traditions. You may also explore the narrow lanes of the old city, enjoy tea at a traditional chaikhana, or revisit the trading domes for shopping. The day is ideal for photography, local food tasting, and experiencing the slow charm of Bukhara. Overnight stay in Bukhara.

Day 5

Bukhara - Gijduvon - Nurota

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Nurota, stopping en route at Gijduvon, a town famous for its centuries-old ceramic craftsmanship. Visit a traditional Gijduvon pottery workshop, where local artisans create beautiful hand-painted ceramics using techniques passed down through generations. Learn about the pottery-making process and browse unique handmade souvenirs. Continue to Nurota, a historic oasis town surrounded by desert landscapes. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Chashma Spring Complex, associated with local legends and pilgrimage traditions. Explore the remains of Alexander the Great’s Fortress, offering views of the surrounding area. Overnight stay in Nurota / desert camp area.

Day 6

Nurota - Desert Experience - Samarkand

After breakfast, enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Nurota and the nearby desert region. Depending on your program, you may experience a short camel ride, visit a local village, or enjoy the scenic desert atmosphere. Later, depart for Samarkand, one of the greatest cities of the Silk Road and a legendary centre of culture, trade, science, and architecture. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a first glimpse of the illuminated city or visit local cafés and souvenir shops.  Overnight stay in Samarkand.

Day 7

Full Day Samarkand City Tour

After breakfast, begin your full-day sightseeing tour of Samarkand, the jewel of Uzbekistan. Visit the majestic Registan Square, surrounded by three grand madrasas — Ulugh Beg Madrasa, Sher-Dor Madrasa, and Tilya-Kori Madrasa. Admire the stunning turquoise domes, intricate tilework, and grand courtyards that make Registan one of Central Asia’s most iconic landmarks. Continue to the impressive Bibi-Khanym Mosque, once one of the largest mosques in the Islamic world, and visit the colourful Siab Bazaar, known for local fruits, nuts, sweets, spices, and traditional bread. Overnight stay in Samarkand.

Day 8

Samarkand Heritage Tour - Tashkent

After breakfast, continue exploring Samarkand’s historic treasures. Visit the beautiful Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum, the final resting place of Amir Timur, known for its elegant blue dome and richly decorated interiors. Continue to the breathtaking Shah-i-Zinda Necropolis, an avenue of mausoleums famous for brilliant blue tilework. Later, visit the historic Ulugh Beg Observatory, one of the greatest astronomical centers of the medieval world. In the afternoon or evening, transfer to the railway station for your high-speed train journey back to Tashkent. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Tashkent.

Day 9

Departure from Tashkent

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Tashkent International Airport for your onward flight. The name of the hotel will be confirmed based on availability within your preferred star category at the time of booking, as per our WhatsApp communication. We can either suggest specific hotels that meet your star rating, or if you have any particular hotels in mind, please let us know, and we can check their availability.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings can vary significantly depending on the specific hotel and its location. There isn't a universal standard time across all places.

Therefore, the check-in and check-out timings for the hotels in your itinerary will be communicated to you separately, specific to each location, as part of your detailed hotel information.

Transportation

Your tour includes transportation via a private car for all covered zones. All state taxes, parking fees, tolls, and driver allowances are included in the quoted price. However, please note that due to union restrictions in certain areas, our vehicle will not be used for sightseeing within those specific restricted zones.

Exclusion

Please note that entrance fees and costs for any additional paid activities are not included and will be arranged based on availability. In union-restricted areas where our vehicle is not permitted and local transport isn't available, sightseeing via union vehicles will incur extra charges not covered in the tour price. Any other paid inclusions beyond those explicitly stated are also excluded.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are subject to the policies of our various suppliers and can vary accordingly. Additionally, cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as airline or railway disruptions, visa issues, acts of war, or natural calamities will be handled as per the respective supplier's terms and conditions.
