Kashmir 6N - Srinagar 4N – Pahalgam 2N

Arrive at Jammu Railway Station at 09:55 am. After meeting your driver, begin your scenic road journey to Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir. The drive takes you through green valleys, mountain passes, charming villages and winding roads. En-route, stop for tea or lunch at local Kashmiri Dhabas (at your own cost) and enjoy your first glimpse of Kashmir’s natural beauty. By evening, reach Srinagar and check into your hotel. Relax after the long journey. Enjoy a warm Kashmiri dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

After breakfast, leave for Gulmarg – “The Meadow of Flowers.” On the way, pass through Tangmarg town, surrounded by lush forests and mountain scenery. The final 14 km stretch is especially beautiful. On arrival, explore Gulmarg: Meadows & panoramic Himalayan views, St. Mary’s Church & Golf Course (seasonal), Gondola Cable Car Ride (Phase 1 & optional Phase 2 – Tickets can be issued at actual and additional cost approx 1600 Per Person). You may also enjoy horse riding, photography, snow activities (seasonal and your own cost), and leisurely walks. By evening, return to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive towards Sonmarg – “The Meadow of Gold.” The route passes through Kangan, Mammar, and Gagangir, with the Sindh River flowing alongside. On reaching Sonmarg, take a pony/walking trip (3 hrs) to Thajiwas Glacier (optional & payable directly). Enjoy snow/ice views (seasonal). Visit the small Sonmarg market for snacks or souvenirs. Return to Srinagar by evening. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day Srinagar city tour: visit Shankaracharya Temple – perched on a hill with panoramic city views. Mughal Gardens Tour including Nishat Bagh – Garden of Bliss and Shalimar Bagh – Garden of Love. Later in the evening, enjoy a Shikara Ride on Dal Lake — floating gardens, houseboats and carved wooden bridges create a magical experience. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel & drive to Pahalgam – “The Valley of Shepherds.” En-route visit/drive past: Pampore Saffron Fields (seasonal stop), Avantipura Ruins, Bijbehara – the Bread Basket of Kashmir. At Khanabal, leave NH-1A and continue through Anantnag district, with the scenic Lidder River flowing beside you.On arrival in Pahalgam, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure — relax, walk around the riverside, or explore the local market. Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Pahalgam (local union taxis/ponies may be required, payable directly): Aru Valley – lush meadows & mountain views, Chandanwari – gateway to the Amarnath Yatra, and Betaab Valley – film-shoot location with stunning scenery. Return to the hotel in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Pahalgam.

After breakfast, check out and begin your drive back to Jammu. Enjoy the final glimpses of Kashmir’s valleys and mountain roads. By evening, reach Jammu and visit the famous Raghunath Temple (time permitting). Later, proceed to the railway station and board your overnight train to Manmad at 23:00 hrs. Overnight on board the train.
