Day-Wise Itinerary
Day 1
Guwahati - Arrival
Upon your arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted by our team and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, you may choose to take a river cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra River, which can be arranged and paid for on-site. Alternatively, you can visit the Kamakhya Temple and explore the local market. Assam is famous for its Assam Silk, Golden Muga Silk, Assam Tea, Bamboo, and Cane products. You will spend the night in Guwahati. |
Day 2
Guwahati - Dirang (200Kms/6Hrs)
Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel, & proceed to Dirang. upon arrival Dirang hotel, check in and later on proceed to visit the Dirang Dzong (Old Fort Village), 17th-century Tibetan-influenced stone houses. Narrow lanes, ancient watchtowers, and traditional architecture.Great for photography + learning about the Monpa tribe’s heritage. Later visit Dirang Monastery (Tho-Chungdzong Monastery). Evening: Riverside Walk & bonfire Many stays near the Dirang River offer bonfires. Try Thukpa, Zan, momos, and local yak-based dishes on your own while exploring Dirang. Overnight stay at Dirang. |
Day 3
Dirang - Tawang (150Kms/04Hrs)
After Breakfast, Proceed to Tawang. Enroute visit War Cementry, continue drive towards Sela Pass at an altitute of 4170m/13700 ft. It is famous for high altitute lakes & scenic beauty. Visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial & Nuranang Falls (Jang Falls). Arrive and Check in to hotel. Overnight stay at Tawang. |
Day 4
Tawang-Bum La Pass-Sangestar Lake/Madhuri Lake - Tawang
After Breakfast, Proceed for Bum La Pass (China Border) for which you will have to take permit from the D.C. Office at Tawang on your own Later Sangestar Lake (Madhuri Lake). Please note you will also have to take a local taxi in Tawang (on direct payment basis) to cover these places as our vehicles are not allowed. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay at Tawang. |
Day 5
Tawang - Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, Visit Monastery- Namgye Lhaste, Gontse Garden, Singar Ani Gompa, Tawang War Memorial, Nuranang Falls (Jang Falls). Tawang offers many more other incredible tourist attractions for city sightseeing and shopping local market. Overnight stay at Tawang. |
Day 6
Tawang - Dirang (150Kms/04Hrs)
Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel, & proceed to Dirang. upon arrival Dirang hotel, check in and later on proceed to visit the Morning Trip to Sangti Valley. Just 20–25 mins from DirangSurrounded by pine forests, farms, and river banks. Spot black-necked cranesIdeal for photos, short hikes, and peaceful picnic vibes. Visit a Local Monpa Village. Interact with locals. See traditional stone houses, weaving, and local produce. Experience authentic Monpa culture. Head to Dirang Hot Water Spring, a Natural sulfur-rich spring. Warm bath with natural healing properties. Visit the National Research Centre on Learn about yak farming, Tibetan highland ecology. Move to Sunset at Dirang Viewpoint / Mandala Top, Famous for the 108 Buddhist Manes (prayer wheels). One of the best viewpoints—wide open landscapes. Overnight stay at Dirang. |
Day 7
Dirang - Guwahati
Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the Guwahati hotel. Check in and later you can go for an uncovered local sightseeing tour of Guwahati, like Kamakhya Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple, Assam State Museum, and Sankardev Kalakshetra. This tour will be scheduled as per the timing of your return tickets. After the tour, you can proceed towards the Local market for a shopping experience on your own. Overnight stay at the Guwahati hotel. |

Transportation
Your tour includes transportation via a private car for all covered zones. All state taxes, parking fees, tolls, and driver allowances are included in the quoted price. However, please note that due to union restrictions in certain areas, our vehicle will not be used for sightseeing within those specific restricted zones.
Exclusion
Please note that entrance fees and costs for any additional paid activities are not included and will be arranged based on availability. In union-restricted areas where our vehicle is not permitted and local transport isn't available, sightseeing via union vehicles will incur extra charges not covered in the tour price. Any other paid inclusions beyond those explicitly stated are also excluded.
Cancellation
Cancellation charges are subject to the policies of our various suppliers and can vary accordingly. Additionally, cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as airline or railway disruptions, visa issues, acts of war, or natural calamities will be handled as per the respective supplier's terms and conditions.
