Day-Wise Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at Gorakhpur – Bhairahawa (110Kms/2.5Hrs)

Upon arrival at Bhairahawa, also known as Siddharthanagar, complete immigration and transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free to relax after your journey. Guests may explore the local markets, enjoy a leisurely walk around the city, or visit nearby Buddhist landmarks associated with the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Spend the evening at leisure and prepare for the scenic journey to Pokhara the next day. Overnight stay at the Bhairahawa hotel.

Day 2

Bhairahawa – Pokhara (205Kms/6Hrs)

After breakfast, proceed towards Pokhara, one of Nepal's most beautiful destinations. The drive passes through picturesque countryside, river valleys, terraced farms, charming villages, and mountain landscapes. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a walk along the vibrant Lakeside area beside Phewa Lake, lined with cafes, souvenir shops, and restaurants offering magnificent views of the Annapurna range. Overnight stay at Pokhara hotel.

Day 3

Pokhara - Local Sightseeing

Early morning excursion to Sarangkot for a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan ranges. Witness golden sunlight illuminating snow-capped peaks, creating unforgettable panoramic views. After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara. Sightseeing Includes: Sarangkot, Phewa Lake, Tal Barahi Temple, Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Bindhyabasini Temple, Seti Gorge. Evening free for shopping and leisure around Lakeside. Evening back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 4

Pokhara – Manakamana – Kathmandu (210Kms/8Hrs)

After breakfast, check out and depart for Kathmandu. En route, visit the famous hilltop temple of Goddess Manakamana. Enjoy an exciting cable car ride (at your own cost) across lush green hills and deep valleys to reach the temple. Devotees believe that the Goddess fulfils the wishes of her devotees. After darshan, continue your drive along the scenic Trishuli River towards Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Kathmandu in the evening, check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Kathmandu hotel.

Day 5

Kathmandu - Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of Nepal's capital city, rich in culture, heritage, and spirituality. Sightseeing Includes: Pashupatinath Temple – Nepal's most sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Boudhanath Stupa – One of the world's largest Buddhist stupas. Swayambhunath – Popularly known as the Monkey Temple. Kathmandu Durbar Square – Historic royal palace complex and UNESCO heritage site. Budhanilkantha Temple – Home to the magnificent reclining Vishnu statue. In the evening, enjoy shopping at Thamel Market, famous for handicrafts, pashmina products, souvenirs, and local cafes. Back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 6

Kathmandu – Chitwan (180Kms/5-6Hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Chitwan through scenic hills, rivers, and rural settlements. Upon arrival, check in at your jungle resort and enjoy lunch on your own. Later, participate in cultural and nature-based activities. Evening Activities: Tharu Village Walk, Sunset View from Rapti River, and enjoy the Traditional Tharu Cultural Dance Program at your own cost. Overnight stay at the Chitwan hotel.

Day 7

Chitwan - Jungle Activities

After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring the wilderness of Chitwan at your own cost. Activities Excludes: Chitwan National Park Jungle Safari, Canoe Ride on Rapti River, Nature Walk with Naturalist Guide, Crocodile Breeding Centre Visit, or simply Wildlife Observation. Chitwan National Park is renowned for its population of one-horned rhinoceros, deer, crocodiles, exotic birds, and, with luck, the elusive Bengal tiger. Evening is free to relax at the Hotel.

Day 8

Chitwan – Bhairahawa (150Kms/4-5Hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Bhairahawa. Upon arrival, check in at the Bhairahawa hotel, after a freshen up and post lunch on your own, in the afternoon, you are free to explore Lumbini sightseeing Gautam Buddha Birth Place, Mayadevi Temple, and many monasteries by E-Rishaw on your own cost. Back to the hotel before dinner and overnight stay at the Bhairahawa hotel.

Day 9

Bhairahawa – Gorakhpur (105Kms/3 – 4 Hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards the India–Nepal border. Complete immigration formalities and continue your journey to Gorakhpur. Arrive in Gorakhpur Railway Station on time with wonderful memories of Nepal's breathtaking mountains, spiritual heritage, wildlife experiences, and warm hospitality.

The name of the hotel will be confirmed based on availability within your preferred star category at the time of booking, as per our WhatsApp communication. We can either suggest specific hotels that meet your star rating, or if you have any particular hotels in mind, please let us know, and we can check their availability.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings can vary significantly depending on the specific hotel and its location. There isn't a universal standard time across all places.

Therefore, the check-in and check-out timings for the hotels in your itinerary will be communicated to you separately, specific to each location, as part of your detailed hotel information.

Transportation

Your tour includes transportation via a private car for all covered zones. All state taxes, parking fees, tolls, and driver allowances are included in the quoted price. However, please note that due to union restrictions in certain areas, our vehicle will not be used for sightseeing within those specific restricted zones.

Exclusion

Please note that entrance fees and costs for any additional paid activities are not included and will be arranged based on availability. In union-restricted areas where our vehicle is not permitted and local transport isn't available, sightseeing via union vehicles will incur extra charges not covered in the tour price. Any other paid inclusions beyond those explicitly stated are also excluded.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are subject to the policies of our various suppliers and can vary accordingly. Additionally, cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as airline or railway disruptions, visa issues, acts of war, or natural calamities will be handled as per the respective supplier's terms and conditions.
