Shikharji Yatra 6N - Patna 1 – Madhuban 2 – Rajgir 2 – Rajgruhi 1

On arrival at Patna Airport /Patna Station. You will be met, greeted, and transferred to the hotel. Check into the hotel and refresh yourself. If time allows us, a day sightseeing visit. Takht Sri Patna Sahib, Patna Museum, Golghar, and Buddha Smriti Park. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Patna.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out of the hotel at 07:00 am and proceed to Shikharji. Upon check-in at the hotel, refresh yourself. After Lunch, visit Jahaj Mandir, Kanch Mandir, Museum, 20 Jinalay, Bhaktamar Mandir, New/Old Bhumiyaji Mandir, Samvasharan, Digambar Mandir, and Dharam Mangal University (on your own). Chauviar, Bhaktibhavna. Overnight stay at Madhuban- The base station of Shikharji.

Early morning, 4:00 am, proceed for Pahad Yatra. Take part in Holy Baths, Rituals, and Pooja at the Mountain. Shri Sammed Shikharji Teerth Kshetra has the top rank among Jain Teerth Kshetras, being the salvation place of 20 Teerthankaras and a large number of saints. So, this is called Teerthraj (King of Teerths). A touch of this land purifies the human birth. All around here, Tonks of Tirthankaras have been built. Images of the footprints of twenty-four Tirthankaras and ten Ganadhars have been installed here. Here is the temple of Shree Samaliya Parshwanath, also called Jal mandir, Shree Parashwanath Tonk, is at the highest peak on the Mountain. Late evening return to Dharamshala/ Hotel. Overnight stay at Dharmshala /Hotel.

After breakfast, proceed to Rujuwalika (30 mins). Shree Mahavir Swami Temple (Where he attained his Enlightenment). After Darshan, proceed towards Rajgir. (En route Lunch) (approx. 06hrs). In the evening, you reach Rajgir. Overnight stay will be at Rajgir.

In the early morning, proceed to Lachhuar, which is approximately a 4-hour journey one way. Upon arrival at Lachhuar, you will find that this location holds great significance for Jains, as many believe that Lord Mahavira was born here. Take some time to visit Mahavir Swamiji's Darshan. Enjoy a rest and have breakfast at the Dharmshala. Afterward, continue your journey to Shatriyakund Pahad, the birthplace of Shree Mahavir Swami. There are also two important Jain temples nearby: Muth Buddhroop and Muth Purusnath, which are about 5 kilometers from Lachhuar and are significant pilgrimage sites for Jains. After lunch, head towards Gunniya Ji, which is a 3-hour journey. Visit Shree Gautam Swamiji's Kevalgynan Bhumi. After your darshan, proceed to Rajgir. In the evening, return to your hotel or Dharmshala.

Morning breakfast, proceed to Kundalpur – it is a famous pilgrimage centre of Jainism and is located in the Nalanda district of Bihar. Devotees believe that this is the sacred place of Lord Mahavira's Garbha, Janma, and Tapa Kalyanaka. Later, visit the world-famous Nalanda University and then proceed to Pavapuri, also known as Apapuri, which is a sacred Jain pilgrimage. Lord Mahavira, the final Tirthankara of Jainism, breathed his last at this place, and was cremated here around 500 B.C Arrive and after lunch visit Gavmandir of Shree Mahavir swamiji, New/Old Samosharan, Digambar Mandir, Jal mandir (Shree Mahavir Swamiji’s Nirvana Bhumi.  Evening return to Rajgurhi.

After breakfast in time, transfer to RANCHI Airport / Station for onward journey.
